He is a Fonder- Director of WHECRF. He received his MBBS from KIMS, KARAD and hold post-graduation in MD Dermatology from BJMC, India. In addition, he studied PG in Certified Industrial Health from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda, India. Also got certified course BOSIET from colaba, India. It is basic offshore safety induction and emergency training, a course created to assist in meeting the initial offshore safety training, emergency response training and assessment requirements for personnel new to the offshore oil and gas industry.

He has started Working as a volunteer Medical Officer in ICU& EMEGENCY in Mahavir Hospital, Surat, India from 2013, he has started working as a industrial health officer in Vedanta Cairn India Oil & Gas Refinery, India in 2014, than he came across with many industries in India. In 2016 he joined bjmc hospital as resident doctor in dermatology for three year in Pune.

Dr. Piyush is a board-certified dermatologist conducting clinical research in general and cosmetic dermatology. He has participated as sub-investigator in several trials during his resident ship in dermatology in BJMC, Pune and in WHECRF, looking at the safety and effectiveness of neurotoxins as well as body sculpting and laser devices; studies on increasing eyelash prominence; and dermal fillers trials. He is responsible for the daily activities of various studies.

During his medical career he has been involved in research studies and presented & Submitted his findings in the form of synopsis at scientific meetings in BJMC.

Dr. Piyush has been an investigator in clinical trials: –

• Clinicopathological correlation and study of expression of apoptosis regulating proteins P53 and BCL 2 in Psoriasis.
• Comparative evaluation of the therapeutic effects of terbinafine and itraconazole in patients with tinea corporis.
• A comparative therapeutic evaluation of topical Ivermectin vs topical permethrin for the management of Scabies.
• Prevalence of Dermatophytes infection in patients from a hospital of Northern India.
• Clinical-pathological study of Leprosy cases attending Skin & V.D. clinic in Pune
• Research work in early diagnosis of skin cancer and also increase awareness for skin cancer
• For a number of medical devices and biologic products including a skin substitute to enhance wound healing, aminolaevulinic acid and photodynamic therapy for the treatment of actinic keratosis. 

He has been actively involved in research and evaluation activities encompassing health, economic development, community based social activities and women and child development. Development of rural population especially the livelihood sector, education and economic development are the other areas that interest him. Multitasking and multi-sectoral participation always contribute to the growth of the Foundation.
