Inauguration of SGN lab took place on 4th April.
SGN Lab will provide all medical investigations in very low price, to poor patients.
All trustees was present at the inauguration.
SGCT has been granted 12A and 80G registrations, Itr true reward for us.

Epidemiological Study based research

Epidemiological studies are backbone of our research works.We understand these studies are very helpful in achieving our basic goals.Epidemiology is the study of how often diseases occur in different groups of people and why.

Epidemiological information is used to plan and evaluate strategies to prevent illness and as a guide to the management of patients in whom disease has already developed.


These studies are based on timely and statically data collection from a target population. After successful collection of data, its careful processing, gives accurate results. It is very helpful tool.

As in starting we stressed out that we always try to find out ways of Diagnosis and Management of Disease, with help of available resources. For example, in an area, water borne and mosquito diseases are high,and malaria and typhoid fever in prevalent, if patients come with chills fever and gastrointestinal problem, and if physician has no facilities of investigation of blood / urine / stool, he should start treating Typhoid fever,with available antibiotics options chloroquine standard dose, and IV fluids and PCM. It will decrease the mortality rate due to typhoid fever in given population. Here we can say this treatment is an empirical therapy.

If after addition of Chloroquine still not benefitted, if in this area cases is falciparum malaria is high, Quinine should be started (If still there is no facility to check peripheral blood film under microscope).

So, on the same track, in any given area, we can make some guideline for every clinical symptom, for physicians, to do first in such conditions where he has no facilities or / no time for all investigation of patients thoroughly.

These guidelines are very crucial for a physician, of given area, these and should be revised time to time.

WHECF’s major research work was focused for all epidemiological studies which gives us insight to draft these empirical therapies and guidelines for a given area or a given population.

WHECF supported local health care system of areas where it worked, by drafting guidelines and empirical therapies for physicians.

Lab based research work

WHECF has worked in the field of biochemistry and microbiology,for quick, easy and cheaper means of investigation of disease, to help community physicians. It finds some new serotypes and its quick detection kits.

It is involve in finding ways of mass production of these quick detection kits for local serotypes of common bacteria’s.

We want to established sophisticated laboratory for research on cellular and genetic (DNA / RNA) level, we are struggling for it.

Epidemiological Surveys are good Tool for Research

Epidemiological data collection is best tool for prevention of malignant diseases. If any factor studied in such survey, the association of it with any malignant disease has been established by these standard mathematical calculation, we send our results to government health department to look into, We yourself don’t wait to government to react, We immediately start our awareness campaign to aware people about relation of this factor to this malignant condition.

For one example

In a case control studies in 2009 to 20014, till 5 yrs we studied the habit of chewing some specific hard nuts mixed in Lime powder, in province of Uttar Pradesh Province India, We studied on the sample of 1200 people (group A) who having habit of chewing these nuts (with lime), 10000 other people (group B) living in same surrounding with same food same health worked as control. Total 11200 people this study was done, in five year duration 42 people developed mouth cancer among these 11200 people. 40 of them was from group A. Only 2 people from group B. Association was clearly established.

Result was immediately sent to Local Government bodies, Government started to hang big banners and hoarding in area,informing people about risk of chewing this nut with lime.

Similar case study conducted in 2012-2016, established risk of using Organophosphorus Pesticides in any quantity will increase the risk of malignancy.

Similar case study in 2017-2018,established 2G GSM network is comparatively safer for human health then 3G GSM network.

Similar case study on 4G GSM networks is undergoing on a sample of 10000 people in India.

  • Many types of chemicals used in agriculture (pesticides, weedicides, insecticides and chemical Fertilizers
  • Some types of Fabrics and some types of fabric colors
  • Some types of food preservatives
  • Plastic containers for use in Microwave oven, food heated in that plastic utensil, food may get mixed micro plastics,which is carcinogen
  • Hot food if contained in polybag, food may get mixed with micro plastics, which is carcinogen
  • Some types of flash / meet cooked on high flame / direct fire / very high temperature.
  • Some types of cosmetics / skin products
  • Shocking but true, some studies indicated that LED lights may be harmful, detailed study needed to establish its association with disease

Since there is no other instrument, machine or lab equipment/method which can establish association (that this thing is carcinogen for human body), we always have to study human population which is exposed to a suspected carcinogen. These studies needs a very longtime to establish association. If association once established by mathematical calculation among epidemiological data, its 100% confirmatory, no further testing is required, only in this way, we can protect human species from this deadly disease.

One way of this

We are planning to start Series Medical Colleges, If we have 100 student admitted in a one year, We explain them this use of epidemiological data collection among given human population, Then we give one suspected carcinogen to one student,to collect data from 5000 people in city, during first year of his studies.During next three years, be in touch with all of them, and get updates of their health status every six months. In the final year of his studies, get latest health status of this 5000 people and submit this data at university PSM (Preventive and Social Medicine) department for further calculations. This study is necessary for every student to appear in final exam, if student collects data in well-organized manner and submit data at university,university finds data is correct and authentic, and it gives bonus marks to student.

PSM department of University has expertise in Mathematical calculation and Statics calculation, If association proved (that this thing is carcinogen for human body), we send our reports to country government for further evaluation and ban that carcinogen in country.Its duty of country government to aware its people about the carcinogen’s effect on human body.

We are also developing a smartphone software for epidemiological data collection. Studies are lengthy and difficult to keep everything on paper, and difficult to find details of particular person in 5000 person data. This smartphone app will help students to collect data and manage it in tables easily.
